"The Will To Quill"

Students will learn the history and technique of paper Quilling and will create an original piece inspired by nature.
Learning Goals:
Understanding folk art and how it reflects culture
The history and evolution of Quilling or Paper Filigree
Recognizing symmetry in nature and incorporating the use of symmetry in art (3rd, 4th and 5th grades)
